Salmon Fillet in Blackbean & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless salmon fillets
  • 100g (1 jar) BEIJING BEIJING Blackbean & Garlic Sauce
  • 40 ml (8 teaspoons) light soy sauce
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
  1. Season salmon with salt.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a casserole dish
  3. Spread 2 teaspoons of BEIJING BEIJING Blackbean & Garlic Sauce onto each fillet.
  4. Pour soy sauce over the fillets.
  5. Cover casserole dish with foil.
  6. Oven roast salmon in a preheated oven (gas mark 6) for 10 minutes or until cooked.
  7. Serve with steamed rice and fine beans.
  8. Add BEIJING BEIJING Szechuan Chilli Oil for extra spice.
