Ingredients
- 4 boneless salmon fillets
- 100g (1 jar) BEIJING BEIJING Blackbean & Garlic Sauce
- 40 ml (8 teaspoons) light soy sauce
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt.
- Place salmon fillets in a casserole dish
- Spread 2 teaspoons of BEIJING BEIJING Blackbean & Garlic Sauce onto each fillet.
- Pour soy sauce over the fillets.
- Cover casserole dish with foil.
- Oven roast salmon in a preheated oven (gas mark 6) for 10 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve with steamed rice and fine beans.
- Add BEIJING BEIJING Szechuan Chilli Oil for extra spice.
