Ingredients
- 4 large pork loin fillet, sliced
- 100g (1 jar) BEIJING BEIJING Blackbean & Garlic Sauce
- 20 ml (4 teaspoons) light soy sauce
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon white pepper
- 10g (2 teaspoons) sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add pork loin, salt, white pepper, sugar, soy sauce and a jar of BEIJING BEIJING Blackbean & Garlic Sauce
- Mix all ingredients well
- Steam marinated pork in a large pan or wok for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve with steamed rice.
- Add BEIJING BEIJING Szechuan Chilli Oil for extra spice.
