Ingredients
  • 4 large pork loin fillet, sliced
  • 100g (1 jar) BEIJING BEIJING Blackbean & Garlic Sauce
  • 20 ml (4 teaspoons) light soy sauce
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon white pepper
  • 10g (2 teaspoons) sugar
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl add pork loin, salt, white pepper, sugar, soy sauce and a jar of BEIJING BEIJING Blackbean & Garlic Sauce
  2. Mix all ingredients well
  3. Steam marinated pork in a large pan or wok for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Serve with steamed rice.
  5. Add BEIJING BEIJING Szechuan Chilli Oil for extra spice.
